Glenn's Review

Yggdrasil is a cooperative game for 1-6 players. Your objective, to stop the forces of evil from destroying the World Tree, Yggdrasil. If the tree is destroyed, the Nine Worlds will fall. Will you protect the tree as Odin, Freyja, Thor, or any of the heroes of Asgard? Will you stop Loki, Hel or Nidhogg in time? Will the Elves and Dwarves help you in your quest to protect the realms? Only one way to find out.
The game was made by Z-Man Games, the people who created Pandemic and Dead of Winter.

Unearthed Arcana takes a look at a few new character options appropriate to gothic horror

The Unearthed Arcana is now a way for you to playtest some of the new things that D&D 5th Edition is looking to release. In this release, they talk of how to bring back the dead, Ravenloft style. Also, you get a peek at the two new archtypes for the Ravenloft world that will fit in nicely and allow you to try something a little different with your fighter or rouge character.

Kickstarter Spotlight

We shine the spotlight on the new board/card game called Ravingspire. The board is circular and rotates throughout the game, which was an interesting mechanic that drew us into looking closer at it. You must build your deck and plan your moves as you attempt to enter the mad wizard's tower and attempt to defeat him. It seems like there are a lot of ways they can grow the game, with possible future expansions.
